POL Cutting / Glass Cutting
Put into the Panel with the POL Film attached to it, and use the Laser to cut the Pol Film along the edge of the Panel.․ Straight line, curve processing can achieve uniform quality (self-developed fixed degree MOTF control method)
․ After Glass Edge Align, cutting is performed based on Edge.
․ Achieve minimum Pass Inner cut (2pass) and ensure quality.
․ Suction and Dummy removal can ensure the stability of the mechanism
Laser patterning
Making pattern for attaching COF to the side of the panel by laser processing.․Side patterning
․Possible to laser patterning for fine pitch ( spot size 6 ㎛)

․Matching accuracy is checked by comparing
the difference between the upper and the side wiring
